Privacy Policy

How I handle your data.

Stonestreet Tutoring is operated by Daniel Stonestreet as a sole trader. This page explains what personal data I collect, why, and how I handle it.

What data I collect

When you submit an enquiry via the booking form, I collect your name, your child's name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide (such as a phone number, year group, or message).

This website also uses Google Analytics, which collects anonymised data about how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on site, device type). This data does not identify you personally.

Why I collect it

Enquiry data is used solely to respond to your booking request and, if a tutoring relationship begins, to manage lessons and keep records of sessions and payments. I do not use your data for marketing and I do not share it with any third parties, except Formspree (the service that processes form submissions) and Google Analytics as described above.

How long I keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to a booking, I will delete your data within 3 months. For active or past students, I retain relevant records for up to 6 years in line with standard practice for financial records, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what data I hold about you, request a copy of it, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. To make a request, email daniel@stonestreettutoring.co.uk.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help understand how visitors use the site. If you prefer not to be tracked, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
