Payment

All lessons must be paid for at least 24 hours before the session.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the lesson will receive a full refund or reschedule. This gives me enough time to offer the slot to another student.

Late cancellations & no-shows

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or where the student does not attend, are charged in full. The time slot has been reserved.
